Latest Version of AgentTime Scheduler Released PDF
Seattle, WA - Portage Communications announced the release of the second major version of its AgentTime Scheduler adding new features and making it easier to use than ever. AgentTime is an easy to use and learn workforce management system designed specifically for small and medium sized call centers.  "Our new version includes a unique schedules publishing tool to create individual agent and agent group schedule reports. We also added the option to publish all schedules in an HTML format enabling agents to view their future weeks' schedules with a web browser." said Trina Olson, VP of marketing at Portage. Managers may now publish and distribute the schedules created by AgentTime to their web sites or server drives and dispense with paper reports.

A more flexible method for defining possible break and lunch periods within shift definitions has also been included in the new version. Break and lunch "windowing" allows the manager to create more possibilities for the scheduling algorithm to consider with less work than before. Even more optimal schedules are the result.
